  - Deposited and scheduled for Nov 7

Permitting

  - Foundation guys and a late September/mid-October time frame
  - Janice has everything they need for HERS modeling
  - Need to make sure this gets through to sign off this week

  - Client wants to add a screened porch
    - Can they add a porch within the 20’ setback of the reserve area?
Contracting and Finishes

  - Write up contract and have options table explicit of what we are doing and not doing

    - Tim can meet Matt Tuesday the 12th
    - Would need a finished site plan to go with the contract

    - Need to schedule color selection
    - Then ready to go to finals
