# 8/13 Precon NOtes
Jud Permit check - Chris to Check with Austin
Coes - Permit issued
Charles is good, wanted to try and keep November 1
Potter - permit set updalkoad last
Jeremey confirmed town has permit sets
Jermey to ask for a soft expected dates
Dahlin - Jeff confirmed customer is ok to move the delivery date forward. **9/15 would be the earliest they can make the modular payment.**
Jeremey to Check to see if demo permit inspection is scheduled
Wolfram:
Chris to check plans, ask jeremey to submit to city
SChmidt
Jeremey dealin with sub permits. Town may require subs to come in and sign permits.
Nery - all set, waiting on KBS
Lavoie - no action items
Hallowell - action items
Ouellette
\- Jeremy to meet with SoPo tomorrow for per permitting meeting
\- Jeff to conctact client to get jeremy access to basement
\- Jeff to present updated plans to client today
\- Jeff to get rest of colors by middle of this week
Adler - No action
Jeremy to log in check the plan they have match our plans and add the new ones.
Meredith
\- Design meeting tomorrow afternoon. Final detailed questions.
\- Probably don't like bathroom.
\- Megan or Chris to be on the call for real time changes
\- Jeff started finishing choices, selecting virtually
-Tree work to be held as allowance due to lack of follow through
\- Jeff to discuss financing and get that rolling

\- They are not ready with finances - we need more deail

\- Waiting on final quote fro factory to finish pricing
