Efficiency Maine Engery Rating

Efficiency maine uses "EER 2" to as is measure for accepting compressors units to its list

U just talked to rep that said they use the energystar.gove rating (I think she made that up)

We look at HSPF 2 which is the heating efficiency in northern climates which is more indicative of the actual energy usage in norther regions...

This is also what is used by HERs and RESNET for energy ratings. This is the primary rating for the MASS Save all electric efficiency program.
